Coming straight out of Austin, Texas with the party squarely in their sights, the Whiskey Pickle crew have spent a fair while building up their repertoire before leaping to vinyl last year. P Sol mark the third wax offering from this crew, and the chopped up disco house of "Water" makes for a sterling way to draw you in to this four track EP. "Don't Wanna Be" is a low slung, sleazy groover with plenty of filtered guitar licks and weighty bass, "Moods" takes things in a smoother downtempo direction and "Your Dance" pitches somewhere in the middle with a divine slice of soul jazz re-edited for the dancefloor.
